The Mental Toughness Coaching Process information:

  • We will begin with a minimum of eight sessions. We will meet once a week, for 8 weeks. A session is 60 minutes.
  • Always have a special coaching journal present at every session to jot down new insights.
  • Coaching sessions are 1:1. (Group sessions are available on request).
